Just In...This was sighted only a few minutes ago by a On-Duty Nurse heading towards the main hospital entry.Nurse Papson said 'I noticed something with a red and blue flash from the corner of my eye as I got out of the taxi on the opposite side of Grattan Street an only managed to get a shot of it because I already had my mobile in my hand. Otherwise, he was moving so fast, there was no way I would have got this pic'.
